Please read these terms carefully before using ABHIEO services. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Welcome to ABHIEO

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and ABHIEO Fintech Private Limited ("ABHIEO", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in India with its registered office at 1/22, 2nd Floor, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi, Delhi - 110002, India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of:

  • ABHIEO website located at www.abhieo.in ("Website")
  • ABHIEO mobile applications for Android and iOS ("Mobile App")
  • All services provided through the Website and Mobile App including mobile recharges, DTH recharges, bill payments, FASTag recharges, and any other financial services (collectively, the "Services")
📌 Important Notice:

By registering for, accessing, browsing, downloading, or using the ABHIEO platform or any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Services.

Acceptance of Terms: Your use of ABHIEO constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and creates a binding legal contract between you and ABHIEO. Continued use of our Services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

  • "ABHIEO", "we", "us", "our": Refers to ABHIEO Fintech Private Limited and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized representatives.
  • "User", "you", "your": Refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the ABHIEO platform or Services.
  • "Platform": Collectively refers to the ABHIEO website, mobile applications, and any other digital channels through which Services are provided.
  • "Services": All services offered by ABHIEO including but not limited to mobile recharges, DTH recharges, utility bill payments, FASTag recharges, money transfers, and any other financial or digital services.
  • "Account": Your registered user account on the ABHIEO platform.
  • "Transaction": Any recharge, bill payment, money transfer, or other service activity conducted through the Platform.
  • "Service Provider": Third-party entities such as mobile operators, DTH providers, utility companies, banks, and payment gateways with whom ABHIEO partners to deliver Services.
  • "Wallet": Your ABHIEO digital wallet (if applicable) that holds prepaid balance for transactions.
  • "Personal Information": Any information that identifies or can be used to identify you, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

To use ABHIEO Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not have been previously suspended or banned from using ABHIEO Services

By registering and using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. ABHIEO reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Misrepresentation of age or identity may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

2.2 Account Creation

To access certain Services, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid mobile number (mandatory)
  • Email address (mandatory)
  • Full legal name
  • Date of birth
  • Residential address
  • KYC documents as required by applicable regulations (PAN card, Aadhaar card, etc.)
  • Any other information reasonably requested by ABHIEO

2.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Notify ABHIEO immediately of any changes to your contact details
  • Accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential
  • Never share your login credentials, OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, or any sensitive information with anyone
  • Enable two-factor authentication and other security features when available
  • Immediately notify ABHIEO of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Log out from your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices
⚠️ Account Security Disclaimer:

ABHIEO will NEVER ask you for your password, OTP, UPI PIN, CVV, or full card details via phone, email, or SMS. You are solely responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

2.5 One Account Per User

Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.

2.6 KYC Compliance

In compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ABHIEO may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting:

  • Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Passport, Driver's License, Voter ID)
  • Address proof documents
  • Photographs or selfies for identity verification
  • Any other documents as required by regulatory authorities

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on certain Services or account suspension.

3. Services Offered

ABHIEO provides the following Services through its Platform:

3.1 Mobile Recharge Services

  • Prepaid mobile recharges for all major operators (Airtel, Jio, Vi, BSNL, MTNL, etc.)
  • Data packs, talk time, SMS packs, and special recharge offers
  • Plan recommendations and comparisons

3.2 DTH Recharge Services

  • DTH recharges for all major providers (Tata Play, Airtel Digital TV, Dish TV, Sun Direct, d2h, etc.)
  • Package subscriptions and add-on channels
  • Plan information and reminders

3.3 Bill Payment Services

  • Electricity Bills: Payment for all major electricity boards and distribution companies
  • Gas Bills: PNG and LPG cylinder booking and bill payments
  • Water Bills: Municipal water bill payments
  • Broadband Bills: Internet service provider bill payments
  • Landline Bills: Postpaid landline bill payments
  • Insurance Premiums: Life, health, motor, and general insurance premium payments
  • Credit Card Bills: Credit card bill payments for various banks
  • Loan Repayments: EMI and loan installment payments

3.4 FASTag Services

  • FASTag recharge for all issuer banks
  • FASTag purchase and activation (where applicable)
  • Transaction history and balance inquiry

3.5 Additional Services

ABHIEO may offer additional services from time to time, including but not limited to:

  • Money transfers and remittances
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Travel bookings (flights, buses, trains, hotels)
  • Entertainment tickets (movies, events, shows)
  • Educational services (course fees, exam fees)
  • Municipal taxes and fees
  • Subscription services

3.6 Service Availability

📍 Service Scope:

Services are available across India, subject to availability of Service Providers in specific regions. ABHIEO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice. Service availability may vary based on geographic location, Service Provider policies, technical limitations, or regulatory requirements.

3.7 Role as Facilitator

ABHIEO acts as a facilitator and aggregator platform connecting users with Service Providers. ABHIEO is not responsible for the quality, availability, or delivery of services provided by third-party Service Providers (mobile operators, billers, utility companies, etc.).

4. User Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 Accurate Information

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring all transaction details (mobile number, account number, amount, service provider, etc.) are accurate before confirming
  • Verifying recipient details for bill payments and money transfers
  • Double-checking recharge plans and amounts before processing
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
⚠️ Transaction Responsibility:

ABHIEO is not responsible for errors in transactions due to incorrect information provided by you. Once a transaction is processed successfully, it cannot be reversed or refunded except as per our Refund Policy or Service Provider policies.

4.2 Lawful Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

  • These Terms and Conditions
  • All applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
  • RBI (Reserve Bank of India) guidelines and regulations
  • NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) guidelines
  • Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and rules
  • Information Technology Act and rules
  • Any other applicable financial regulations

4.3 Account Maintenance

You agree to:

  • Maintain only one account per individual
  • Not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person
  • Not create accounts using false identities or impersonating others
  • Not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Services
  • Keep your contact information current and accessible
  • Respond promptly to ABHIEO's communications regarding your account

4.4 Transaction Limits

ABHIEO may impose transaction limits on your account based on:

  • KYC verification status
  • Account age and transaction history
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Risk management and fraud prevention measures

You acknowledge and accept that ABHIEO may modify these limits at any time without prior notice.

4.5 Cooperation with Investigations

You agree to cooperate fully with ABHIEO in any investigation of suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activities, including:

  • Providing requested documentation and information
  • Responding to inquiries within specified timeframes
  • Allowing ABHIEO to share information with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required

5. Payment Terms and Pricing

5.1 Payment Methods

ABHIEO accepts the following payment methods:

  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface): All UPI-enabled apps
  • Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Maestro
  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club
  • Net Banking: All major banks
  • Digital Wallets: Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc.
  • ABHIEO Wallet: Prepaid balance in your ABHIEO account (if applicable)
  • Other methods: As may be added from time to time

5.2 Pricing and Charges

  • Service Charges: ABHIEO may charge convenience fees or service charges for certain transactions. These charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices for recharges and services are subject to change based on Service Provider policies and may vary from time to time.
  • Taxes: All applicable taxes (GST, service tax, etc.) will be added to the transaction amount as per prevailing laws.
  • Promotional Pricing: Discounts, cashback, and offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

5.3 Payment Processing

💳 Secure Payments:

All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. ABHIEO does not store your complete card details, CVV, or UPI PIN on its servers. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted securely to authorized payment processors.

5.4 Failed Transactions

In case of failed transactions:

  • If money is debited from your account but the recharge/service is not delivered, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 7-10 business days
  • For wallet payments, refunds will be credited to your ABHIEO wallet within 24-48 hours
  • You should contact our customer support if you don't receive the refund within the specified timeframe

5.5 Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). ABHIEO does not accept payments in foreign currencies.

5.6 No Hidden Charges

All charges applicable to a transaction will be clearly displayed before you confirm the transaction. There are no hidden fees or charges.

6. Transactions and Order Processing

6.1 Transaction Confirmation

When you initiate a transaction:

  1. You will be shown a transaction summary with all details including amount, service provider, and applicable charges
  2. You must review and confirm the details before proceeding to payment
  3. Once you confirm and complete the payment, the transaction is processed
  4. You will receive a transaction confirmation via SMS, email, and/or in-app notification
  5. Transaction receipts and history are available in your account

6.2 Transaction Processing Time

  • Mobile Recharges: Instant to 5 minutes
  • DTH Recharges: Instant to 10 minutes
  • Bill Payments: 30 minutes to 24 hours (varies by biller)
  • FASTag Recharge: Instant to 2 hours

Processing times are indicative and may vary based on Service Provider systems, technical issues, or high transaction volumes.

6.3 Transaction Delays

Transactions may be delayed due to:

  • Service Provider technical issues or maintenance
  • Payment gateway or bank server downtime
  • Network connectivity issues
  • Security verification requirements
  • Regulatory compliance checks
⚠️ Transaction Status:

If your transaction is pending or delayed, please wait for 24 hours before contacting customer support. Do not retry the same transaction multiple times as it may result in duplicate charges.

6.4 Transaction Receipts

For every successful transaction, ABHIEO will provide:

  • Unique transaction ID/reference number
  • Transaction date and time
  • Amount paid and service details
  • Service Provider confirmation (where applicable)
  • Download/print option for receipt

6.5 Duplicate Transactions

If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction due to technical errors, the duplicate amount(s) will be refunded to your original payment source within 7-10 business days after verification.

6.6 Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, you must notify ABHIEO within 7 days of the transaction date by:

  • Providing transaction details (transaction ID, date, amount)
  • Explaining the nature of the dispute
  • Submitting relevant evidence (screenshots, bank statements, etc.)

ABHIEO will investigate and respond within 15 business days. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be entertained.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 General Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

✅ Refund Eligibility:

  • Failed Transactions: If payment is debited but service is not delivered
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same transaction
  • Technical Errors: If transaction fails due to platform or payment gateway issues
  • Service Provider Errors: If the Service Provider reports transaction failure

7.2 Non-Refundable Transactions

⚠️ No Refunds For:
  • Successfully completed recharges and bill payments
  • Transactions completed to wrong mobile number, account number, or service provider due to user error
  • Change of mind after successful transaction completion
  • Promotional offers, discounts, or cashback (subject to specific offer terms)
  • Prepaid wallet balance top-ups (for B2B2C customers)

7.3 Cancellation Policy

  • Before Payment Completion: You can cancel a transaction before completing the payment
  • After Payment Completion: Transactions cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and processing has begun
  • Pending Transactions: If a transaction is pending for more than 24 hours, you may request cancellation by contacting customer support

7.4 Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  1. You will be notified via email/SMS about refund initiation
  2. Refund will be processed to your original payment source
  3. Refund timeline varies by payment method:
    • UPI: 1-3 business days
    • Debit/Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
    • Net Banking: 5-7 business days
    • ABHIEO Wallet: Instant to 24 hours
  4. Bank processing time may add 2-3 additional days

7.5 Refund Requests

To request a refund:

  • Contact ABHIEO customer support at wecare@abhieo.in
  • Provide transaction ID, date, and amount
  • Explain the reason for refund request
  • Attach relevant proof (if applicable)

ABHIEO will investigate and respond within 7-10 business days.

7.6 Service Provider Policies

Refunds and cancellations may also be subject to the policies of the respective Service Providers (mobile operators, billers, etc.). ABHIEO will make reasonable efforts to facilitate refunds where applicable, but cannot guarantee refunds in cases where Service Providers do not permit them.

8. Prohibited Activities

You expressly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

8.1 Fraudulent Activities

  • Using stolen, fake, or unauthorized payment methods
  • Creating fake accounts or using false identities
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Engaging in money laundering or terrorist financing activities
  • Processing unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
  • Colluding with others to defraud ABHIEO or Service Providers

8.2 Unauthorized Access and Misuse

  • Accessing or attempting to access accounts that do not belong to you
  • Bypassing, circumventing, or attempting to bypass security measures
  • Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to access the Platform
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform
  • Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of the Platform
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's functionality or infrastructure

8.3 Misrepresentation and False Information

  • Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Misrepresenting your identity, age, or affiliation
  • Using someone else's personal information or documents
  • Submitting fake or forged KYC documents

8.4 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copying, reproducing, or distributing ABHIEO's content without authorization
  • Using ABHIEO's trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
  • Creating derivative works from ABHIEO's Platform or content
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of ABHIEO or third parties

8.5 Abusive and Harmful Conduct

  • Posting or transmitting defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal content
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing ABHIEO employees or other users
  • Transmitting viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Spamming or sending unsolicited communications
  • Collecting or harvesting personal data of other users

8.6 Unfair Practices

  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for personal gain
  • Abusing promotional offers, referral programs, or cashback schemes
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or gain unfair advantages
  • Engaging in arbitrage or price manipulation activities

8.7 Legal Violations

  • Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Facilitating illegal gambling, betting, or wagering activities
  • Violating export controls, economic sanctions, or embargoes
  • Violating privacy laws or data protection regulations
⚠️ Consequences of Prohibited Activities:

Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, legal action, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities. ABHIEO reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

9.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the ABHIEO Platform, including but not limited to:

  • Website design, layout, and graphics
  • Mobile application software and code
  • Logos, trademarks, service marks, and brand names
  • Content, text, images, videos, and multimedia
  • Software, algorithms, and proprietary technology
  • Database structure and compilation

are owned by or licensed to ABHIEO and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret laws.

9.2 Limited License to Use

ABHIEO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • View, download, and print content solely for your personal use in connection with the Services

This license does NOT include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
  • Create derivative works or reverse engineer the Platform
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without written authorization
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

9.3 Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Use ABHIEO's name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent
  • Frame or mirror any part of the Platform
  • Use meta tags or hidden text utilizing ABHIEO's trademarks
  • Systematically extract or republish ABHIEO content
  • Create a database by downloading and storing Platform content

9.4 User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to ABHIEO (feedback, reviews, suggestions, testimonials, etc.):

  • You grant ABHIEO a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute such content
  • You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content
  • You waive any moral rights in the submitted content
  • ABHIEO is not obligated to use or respond to your submissions

9.5 Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain content, trademarks, and logos displayed on the Platform belong to third parties (Service Providers, partners, etc.). Such intellectual property is used with permission or under license, and you may not use them without authorization from their respective owners.

9.6 DMCA and Copyright Infringement

ABHIEO respects intellectual property rights. If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please contact us at wecare@abhieo.in with:

  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • Location of the infringing material
  • Your contact information
  • Statement of good faith belief
  • Statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
  • Physical or electronic signature

10. Third-Party Services and Links

10.1 Third-Party Service Providers

ABHIEO partners with third-party Service Providers (mobile operators, DTH providers, billers, banks, payment gateways, etc.) to deliver Services. These Service Providers:

  • Operate independently and have their own terms, conditions, and policies
  • Are responsible for the quality and delivery of their respective services
  • May change their pricing, policies, or service availability without notice to ABHIEO

10.2 No Liability for Third-Party Services

ABHIEO acts solely as a facilitator and is NOT responsible for:

  • Quality, reliability, or availability of third-party services
  • Delays, failures, or errors by Service Providers
  • Service Provider policies, charges, or terms
  • Disputes between you and Service Providers
  • Service disruptions, outages, or maintenance by Service Providers

10.3 Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or applications. These links are provided for convenience only. ABHIEO:

  • Does not endorse or control third-party websites
  • Is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms
  • Does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information on such sites
  • Is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of third-party sites

You access third-party websites at your own risk and should review their terms and privacy policies.

10.4 Third-Party Payment Processors

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment gateways and financial institutions. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms and conditions. ABHIEO is not responsible for payment gateway errors, delays, or security breaches.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABHIEO's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed:

  • The amount of the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, OR
  • ₹1,000 (One Thousand Indian Rupees)

whichever is lower.

11.2 No Liability for Indirect Damages

ABHIEO shall NOT be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Cost of substitute goods or services
  • Personal injury or property damage
  • Emotional distress or mental anguish

even if ABHIEO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.3 Exceptions to Limitations

These limitations do not apply to:

  • Liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law
  • Death or personal injury caused by ABHIEO's gross negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by ABHIEO
  • Any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law

11.4 Force Majeure

ABHIEO shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (earthquakes, floods, fires, pandemics, etc.)
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Power outages or equipment failures
  • Service Provider outages or failures
  • Regulatory changes or government orders

11.5 User Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You use the Services at your own risk
  • ABHIEO provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • These limitations are fundamental elements of the agreement between you and ABHIEO
  • ABHIEO would not provide the Services without these limitations
