What are the requirements to become an Abhieo retailer?›
You need: (1) Valid business registration — GST, Trade License, or CSC registration (GST preferred but not mandatory), (2) KYC documents — Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, and shop address proof, (3) Android smartphone or computer with internet, (4) Initial wallet load of ₹1,000–₹5,000 (your working capital, fully refundable). No franchise fee, no joining fee, and no experience required.
Do I need GST registration to apply?›
GST is preferred but NOT mandatory. If you have GST, you can handle higher transaction volumes with fewer restrictions. Without GST, you can still operate with standard limits. A Trade License or Shop Act License is also accepted.
Can I apply if I don't have a physical shop?›
Yes! You need a valid business address, but this can be your home office, CSC centre, or any commercial space. Work-from-home retailers are welcome. Provide your home address as business address and submit valid address proof.
Is any experience required? What if I'm new to digital payments?›
No experience required. We provide free 1-hour video training that covers everything — how to do mobile recharges, bill payments, handle customer queries, track commissions, and handle failed transactions. If you can operate a smartphone, you can be an Abhieo retailer.

Commission varies by service: Mobile recharge (1.5%–2.5%), DTH recharge (2%–3%), Bill payments/Electricity/Gas (0.5%–1%), FASTag (1.5%–2%), Insurance (2%–5%). Average retailers earn ₹8,000–₹15,000/month. Top retailers earn ₹50,000+/month. Higher your volume, higher your commission slab.
When do I receive my commission payment?›
Commission is settled DAILY to your registered bank account. You can also choose weekly settlement. Most retailers prefer daily settlement for better cash flow. There is no minimum threshold — even ₹10 commission gets settled to your account.
Are there any hidden charges or deductions from commission?›
Absolutely NO hidden charges. The commission rate you see is exactly what you receive. No platform fee, no monthly charges, no processing fee. TDS deductions apply only for high-volume retailers as per income tax rules (and we provide proper TDS certificates for that).
Do I earn commission on failed transactions?›
No. You only earn commission on successfully completed transactions. Failed transactions are fully refunded to your wallet within 2 minutes. You are not charged anything for failed transactions.
💳 Wallet & Transactions
What is the wallet? Why do I need to load money?›
The wallet is your working capital. When a customer gives you ₹500 cash for recharge, ₹500 is debited from your wallet to the operator and the customer's number gets recharged. The ₹500 cash from customer comes to you physically. It's just a technical process flow — your net position doesn't change. You only lose money if a transaction fails (which is refunded instantly).
How much should I load initially in my wallet?›
Start with ₹1,000–₹2,000 if you're a small shop doing 10–20 transactions/day. Increase to ₹5,000–₹10,000 as your volume grows. You can add money anytime instantly via UPI, NEFT, or debit card from within the app.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance back to my bank?›
Yes. You can withdraw unused wallet balance anytime. Withdrawal is processed within 24 hours to your registered bank account. There is no minimum withdrawal amount.
What if a customer's recharge fails mid-transaction?›
If a transaction fails, the amount is automatically refunded to your wallet within 2 minutes. Do not give the customer a second recharge until you confirm the refund. If the amount is not refunded within 2 minutes, contact our support with the Transaction ID — we resolve within 24 hours.

We provide free: Branded shop posters (Abhieo branding), service menu standees, window stickers, digital marketing templates, and social media graphics for WhatsApp / Facebook. All materials are printed and shipped to your address after onboarding.

Is there any franchise fee or monthly charges?›
NO franchise fee. NO joining fee. NO monthly platform charges. The only amount you provide is your initial wallet load (₹1,000–₹5,000) which is your own working capital — not a fee. It stays in your account and can be withdrawn anytime.
Is this legal? Is Abhieo regulated?›
100% legal. Abhieo is NPCI-registered as a Bharat Connect (BBPS) Agent Institution and fully compliant with all RBI guidelines. Abhieo is also recognised by DPIIT under the Startup India programme. You are fully protected as a retailer on a regulated platform.
